Personal Statement

There is value in exploring yourself, your emotions, and how they manifest in your life. Everyone has road bumps to the journey of finding the best you. My goal is to support you along that journey. Although I can provide general counseling services I specialize in trauma therapy, adolescents, and teens including ADD/ADHD. As a military spouse, mother, and business woman, I can relate to the ever-changing challenges related to wearing multiple hats and tackling multiple responsibilities. My whole career has been spent assisting others through their most challenging times of life and I am committed to supporting you to reach your potential.

Although I am a licensed clinician by trade, I offer a multitude of organizational services such as team building, seminars, speaking engagements, program evaluation, and much more.

I have built programs from the ground up, managed organizational budgets, wrote grants, conducted mediations, and much more. I have experience serving on multiple board of directors on state and national organizations as well as teaching in master and doctorate level college programs. My experience can help you reach your ultimate success personally, professionally, or organizationally.
