But you right now are struggling and it's starting to affect your work, relationships, and more? I specialize helping high achieving successful individuals who may have went through major life changes and could benefit from someone THEY can turn to for support. Mental health is a tough "problem" to solve

I can help reduce feelings of anxiety and trach relaxation strategies using CBT and EMDR. I have 10 years of experience working with adults, parents, children, and families. I don't believe therapy should be forever..... and it will not be. We can target the issues that you are having to bring those levels of distress down. I will work with you and find an approach that works. I'm pretty chill and overall a very easy person to talk to ! I offer online appointments so we can do therapy from the comfort of your home. Pet family are also invited. :)
