Personal Statement

If you are experiencing depression, anxiety, anger or sexual issues that are impacting your daily functioning or sense of well-being, you may need a therapeutic experience to restore your balance and happiness. Together, we can address current or childhood traumas, problems in a relationship or life situation, incidents causing the loss of self-esteem, or the transition through life's phases. My therapeutic style is to provide a safe environment for a relationship of respect and understanding. We will discuss your current concerns and future goals, explore your past history and plan together how you can live "your best life."

My goal for you would be for you to become the "best you" you can be--integrated emotionally, physically and spiritually. The success of our time together will also depend on your willingness to commit to the hard work this journey may entail.
