Personal Statement
I help girls and young women from ages 5 to 35 overcome difficulties such as eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have 12 years of experience and have worked in a variety of settings. I absolutely LOVE my job. I have a laid-back conversational style, but I'm also goal-oriented. Capitalizing on peoples' strengths is what I do best. It's incredibly rewarding to help someone achieve their goals and get relief from their struggles.
I enjoy integrating faith conversations and other healthy aspects of her clients’ lives into therapy whenever appropriate. I also provide thorough, individualized psychoeducational assessments that provide a clear profile of the students’ strengths and weaknesses with strong recommendations that can lead to academic success.
