Personal Statement

I believe in peoples’ ability to heal and grow after difficult experiences. I also believe in being on the client’s side, listening supportively, and telling the truth in a helpful way. I am a clinical psychologist who specializes in helping adults recover from traumas of all kinds. Whether you are struggling with the aftermath of a trauma, a divorce, or another difficult experience, or if you are having difficulty coping in your present circumstances, I can help.

My methods range from teaching coping skills to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am trained and experienced in trauma processing through EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Prolonged Exposure (PE). I am also experienced in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) .

I work with men and women of all races and sexual orientations. I also have extensive experience working with Veterans. I am in network for BCBS and Ambetter and am accepting new clients.
