Personal Statement

Searching for the right therapist can feel overwhelming. There is a lot of information to sift through, so I will try to keep this simple :) There are two major things that separate me and my team from the others:

1. Our Approach: We help you become mentally and emotionally stronger at your CORE. With this focus, any symptom you are having (anxiety, depression, substance abuse, etc.) will be alleviated, and change will be more permanent.

2. Our Model: We provide affordable therapy for as long as you need. To get the most out of therapy, it cannot be rushed.
