Personal Statement

I have the privilege of helping individuals and families as they struggle with difficult situations. I specialize in working with professionals, athletes, coaches, trainers, and other high-achieving individuals to address areas of anxiety and stress. Additional areas of specialty include parenting, family relationships, and marriage and relationship counseling, including bi-cultural relationships. I am a level 2 trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, which is an evidence-based approach to couples therapy.

I am passionate about helping clients find positive solutions to their problems and have been providing mental health services since 2006. As a native Spanish speaker, I provide both English and Spanish psychological services. I offer both in-office and video/telehealth appointments.
