Each problem in our lives is an opportunity for healing and growth. As your therapist, I will use a variety of techniques to help you achieve your personal and professional goals. A dynamic, interactive, and empathic therapist, I offer support, challenge, and advice when needed, and I share my own experiences when I think they will be helpful. I use the power of the therapeutic relationship to help you work through your deepest issues and conflicts and create change. Though I have extensive, in-depth training, I rely greatly on intuition, warmth and humor in my work.
