Personal Statement

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of specialized education, training, and experience in the provision of psychological services to individuals, couples, groups, and organizations. I specialize in evaluation and therapy that create safe, supportive relationships in which individuals and couples struggling with most any of life's certain difficulties are welcomed to embark upon their own unique adventures toward greater freedom and fulfillment.

I work primarily with adults, young adults, and couples. My approach to individual psychotherapy is evidence-based, relational, and psychoanalytically informed. I have completed Level 3 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, which is based on 40 years of scientific research.

I specialize in adult evaluation and therapy that create a safe, supportive relationship in which individuals struggling with any number of life’s difficulties, are welcomed to take the adventurous first steps toward greater freedom and fulfillment.
