Personal Statement

I have a philosopher-physician style and support clients by drilling down into their motivation and how they make meaning of their life. I have a disposition towards listening and discerning, forgiveness and restorative justice, foresight and strategy, systems thinking, and community building. I have nearly 20 years of experience supporting clients. My experience spans addictions (both substance and process), autism, ADHD, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and suicide. I look forward to supporting you.

I provide individual, couples, marriage, and family therapy. Please specify when booking your session. I also provide sick notes, leave of absence letters, emotional support animal letters, medication referrals, return to work evaluations, workplace accommodation evaluations, and more!
