Personal Statement

Born and raised in Tennessee, Dr. Brock did his post graduate studies in clinical mental health counseling and theology. He has been a Hospital Chaplain, Hospice Chaplain, Pastoral Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor for the past 30 years. He completed a hospital internship and four years of Clinical Pastoral Education through the Baptist Medical System in Alabama. He is a professional member of the American Psychological Association, the American Counseling Association, and the Alabama Counseling Association. Dr. Brock is the Founder and President of Synergy Counseling Center and practices at all Synergy Counseling locations.

Our goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
