If you are a struggling adult or adolescent, I would be delighted to assist you in overcoming anxiety and distress!! As a very experienced Board Certified Psychologist with more than 30 years experience with more than 20 years as a Certified Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) provider, I have been able to help many individuals to counteract anxiety, fears and to obtain relief from traumatic life experience. It has been my pleasure to help suffering individuals overcome, lifetime trauma with emotional, physical, mental and/or sexual abuse; specific fears including social situations, heights, car accidents, medical procedures, death, etc.; anxiety related to stressors connected with work, family, bullying, panic, etc. It would also be my pleasure to assist you with reducing emotionally driven unwanted cravings for specific foods, alcohol, cigarettes, drugs etc.
