Personal Statement

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with 10 years of experience and expertise in the treatment of anxiety, panic, trauma, and depression. My practice is focused on delivering state-of-the art psychotherapy to ensure that you get the most out of therapy. I offer cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) which is a short-term and skills-focused therapy to help you meet your goals. Our therapeutic relationship will be collaborative and we will work as a team to understand what brought you to therapy and how we can meet your wellness goals.

I offer specialized treatment for panic attacks, specific phobias, trauma, insomnia, worry, and chronic pain. I am a certified provider in Cognitive Processing Therapy and Prolonged Exposure Therapy for PTSD as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy for Depression.
