I am a licensed psychologist and solution-focused therapist. I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups. I specialize in communication in relationships, working to highlight issues and promote solutions. My expertise with many emotional and behavioral issues can help unlock your potential and create healthy habits. I provide therapy for depression, anxiety, grief and loss, work and career issues, stress management, addiction and recovery, conflict resolution, and distress among couples (intimacy, communication, fighting, etc.).
