Personal Statement

I am a licensed clinical psychologist practicing in New York City. I offer psychotherapeutic services for individuals and families of all ages. I am trained as a generalist and can work with individuals experiencing a range of psychological distress.

I strongly believe that the most important component of therapy is establishing a safe therapy space and a trusting therapeutic alliance. I view client’s from a holistic perspective and believe that one’s background, including their familial, cultural, socioeconomic, and physical aspects play an incremental role in their psychological functioning. I also believe that one’s past relationships largely impact their functioning and life perspective. My therapeutic approach is primarily psychodynamic and relationship; however, I am flexible and I draw upon techniques that are client specific.

Aside from psychotherapy, I offer parent coaching as well as psychological, psychoeducational, and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults.
