At one time or another, every person struggles with stress, whether from work, relationships, family, or inner conflicts. There is no reason to accept these difficulties; you can make changes in your life to create a more fulfilling experience for you and your loved ones!

I am a solution-focused therapist who treats individuals, couples, and families working through a number of issues. I provide client-directed and strength-based counseling for trauma, infidelity, life transitions, anxiety and other fears, grief, stress management, addiction and recovery, sexuality and intimacy, career and work issues, depression, and adjustment and mood disorders.
