Personal Statement

I have a significant affinity for research, educating others, and co-creating realistic, attainable, and observable outcomes. As such, you can feel confident that what I share and how I work with you represent the most up-to-date ideas in the wellness field. Specifically, I have advanced knowledge/experience in the recognition of spirituality within the psychotherapy process and life coaching through mindfulness (and other mind/body techniques) to help people alleviate suffering and promote health.

I understand no two individuals are the same, and I tailor our sessions together to address challenges unique to you. We will work together to understand the root context of your struggles and address those issues with long-lasting strategies, helping you get closer to the life you've always wanted.

Also, I actively stay abreast of current research and have conducted research of my own, publishing on topics such as desired psychotherapeutic outcomes as well as the synergy between spirituality (as distinct from religion) and psychotherapy.
