Personal Statement

I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist in practice with Balance Health in San Diego ( Rancho Bernardo). I have been in full-time practice since 1991, and I love helping individuals, couples, and families, to resolve problems, overcome addictions, and repair or strengthen relationships. I believe in positive, goal oriented therapy in which the client becomes more expert in knowing themselves, and in managing their lives.

With over 25 years experience as a Marriage and Family Therapist in San Diego, California, I specialize in individual, couples and family systems using cognitive behavioral, EMDR and emotionally focused therapies. Among my areas of expertise are men's growth groups, mood disorders therapy, addictions recovery, parenting and relationship enrichment.

As an interactive, solution-focused therapist, my approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. I am dedicated to work with each individual, couple and family, helping enrich, equip and empower relationships as the most rewarding area of our lives.
