You are one step closer to a new you, to feeling empowered, to walking on a positive path to growth and well-being. We’ll work together to unearth ingrained behavior patterns and beliefs that hold you back from achieving your goals. We’ll identify the obstacles that get in your way of living life to its fullest. We cannot stop bad things from happening or change the past, but we can better understand how to cope.

All religious/spiritual beliefs and cultural customs are respected and incorporated in your sessions as they relate to how you interact with your environment and others. I customize my therapy to fit your needs and goals. I am culturally centered in my approach working with clients to ensure that I respect your cultural customs and religious/spiritual beliefs in our work.
