Personal Statement

Life’s challenges and issues which I am most passionate about and most effective as a therapist are. I have been building a strong professional network of community leaders, educators, practitioners, policy makers and organizers — all doing powerful work to meet the needs throughout West Virginia. My gifts, training and experience have shaped me to believe the best work is done when resources are connected so impact is maximized.

I believe groups, communities and organizations make the best decisions when conversation is productive and honest. I can help you prepare for your next meeting by preparing for and facilitating the discussions necessary to develop an action plan.

I consider myself a lifelong learner and am fulfilled by sharing what I learn with others. If you or your organization has interest in learning more about a special topic, I would be happy to support via in-service training or at your next conference.
