My passion is to help empower individuals who are broken in spirit to attain hope and healing. I extend a non-judgmental and a safe demeanor. I treat most disorders. I have a heart to help empower and encourage individuals who are broken in spirit. My passion is to help individuals and families navigate toward hope and healing. I demonstrate a Holistic and Integrative Approach to therapy by encompassing Emotional, Spiritual, Physical and Mental Health for Optimum Wellness. I can also also incorporate and implement a new healthy lifestyle with nutrition education in my treatment modalities.

I demonstrate a Holistic Model as a Certifed Integrated Medicine Nutritional Mental Health Professional. I encourage Self-Care.

I see clients in person in Murfreesboro, TN and serve all of Tennessee by Telehealth. I have day, evening and weekend appointments available. I treat children, teens and adults individually, couples, groups and families.
