Personal Statement

I am dedicated to helping people experience healthier and more satisfying lives and relationships. In my work with individuals and couples, I assist people to make meaning of those parts of their lives that are painful, confusing, and overwhelming. Through the process of therapy, you will gain a deeper understanding of yourself and others in your life which will be instrumental in making the changes you seek.

Seeking therapy is an important individual decision one makes in an effort to feel better about certain aspects of their life. We all get to appoint where what worked for us in the past no longer works. Finding the right therapist to assist you in changing these old patterns of behavior is integral to the chafe process.

I utilize an analytical approach to uncover where negative patterns may have been learned and how they have been adapted throughout the years. Together we can dig up what no longer serves you and replace it with new ways of thinking and behaving that will help you become the person you are wanting to be.
