Personal Statement

I am a licensed clinical social worker and a licensed alcohol and drug counselor. I have 15 years of experience in the behavioral health field. I work with adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. My specialties include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship/family issues, co-dependency, addiction, and adjustment disorders. I utilize a variety of therapy modalities to include cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, interpersonal therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

I believe people can change and grow with the right support and guidance. I am here to be a non-judgmental guide on your path to a healthier and happier you. You are taking a big step in seeking help for the issues you are dealing with. You can be proud of the courage it took to do that. It may not be easy, but it will be worth it!
