I strongly believe in the power of therapy to heal, foster growth, and help you live a happier, more fulfilling life. I understand how difficulties and challenges can affect your psyche and your spirit ; we can work together to help clarify what is causing you pain, dissatisfaction or unhappiness, and give you tools that will help you work through your specific challenges. My last 25 years have been dedicated to helping people live happier lives.
