Personal Statement

I offer individuals, couples, and families psychodynamic therapeutic services that allow people to privately discuss the many complexities of their lives. Whether the therapeutic process is short- or long-term, I provide an empathetic, safe, and non-judgmental space for people to communicate their concerns, ideas, and other thoughts. I specialize in treating people who struggle with relationship issues, depression, and anxiety.

The psychodynamic therapy I offer adolescents and adults may help them to understand their behaviors in the context of their relationships, experiences, and thoughts. I work with people regarding divorce, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), spirituality, grief, parenting, and trauma/PTSD. I also work with people regarding impulse control and personality disorders.

Each individual has within them the courage, strength, and wisdom to find fulfillment and resolution. No one method works for everyone. What I offer is a way for each person to find their own path, encouraging and guiding them toward their own solutions.
