Personal Statement

Thank you for looking for a therapist to help you navigate through whatever waters you currently find yourself in. I am an eclectic therapist, which means I do not take a "cookie cutter" approach when attempting to meet your needs. I see you as an individual with individual needs and wants. Even in a family situation, I recognize each individual's strengths and attempt to enhance those strengths instead of dwelling on your weaknesses.

I utilize EMDR and BST as part of the tools to help you; however, I do not get stuck on the methods used. Instead I concentrate on the root of the issue in order to work through the puzzle before you. I work with anxieties, depression, addiction and specifically with individuals, couples and families. I am highly interactive and view our relationship as a team aimed at helping you move forward in life.

Whatever your challenge may be, we offer a listening ear, a shoulder to lean on and an interactive approach to help you find a solution that resonates with you. No matter what your struggle is, we will stand at your side so you can face life with hope.
