I'm a millennial myself, so I know what struggles you're going through, that's why I specialize in helping millennials handle anxiety and stress.

All of the work that I offer is online, which means that all of these changes can happen while you balance work, relationships, and other obligations you have in your life. Online counseling helps you get to therapy no matter what is going on in your life.
