Personal Statement

I offer counseling, coaching, and mediation services to individuals, couples, and families in Idaho. I'm a Licensed Master Social Worker and Certified Professional Mediator and believe everyone has an innate need to belong, which is achieved through their relationships with others. I am passionate about promoting healthy relationships in all domains of life. I am attentive to the interactional patterns that exist within the clients' system, helping clients draw awareness to what preserves unhealthy relationships. I consider healthy relationships to be the foundation of wholeness and give meaning to our existence.

My goal is to help clients reach a level of consciousness that allows for growth, healing, and fulfillment. I utilize a holistic approach, along with a broad range of other research-based theories, allowing me to offer effective, individualized support that caters to the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families. Additionally, I am trained in Level 1 and 2 Gottman Method Couples Therapy and have experience working with individuals on blended family issues.

As a certified professional mediator, I enjoy working collaboratively with clients to develop an agreement that represents the best possible outcome for all involved parties. I am currently listed on the Idaho Supreme Court’s roster of Child Custody Mediators and serve on the Board of Directors for the Idaho Mediation Association.
