Personal Statement

With 18 years of experience as a counselor and therapist, my goal is to listen and understand my client’s reason for seeking counseling and offer research based treatment and support. Life can be hard and my goal is to be compassionate and respectful of where my client is in their life. My clients don’t need to be “fixed.” Everyone is doing their best and with support, clients can find ways to see change and address their concerns.

I provide individual counseling for people who may be experiencing any of these concerns: depression, anxiety, relationship conflict, grief, work and school challenges and unexpected change.
