Personal Statement
I provide psychotherapy to women who need clarity to seek their true identity and strengthen their sense of self. Through life’s many challenges and changes, you may be seeking objective and compassionate support to lead you to inner peace and acceptance. I strive to help clients eliminate shame, confusion, and feelings of inferiority on their path toward fulfillment and self-appreciation.
I am an expert in anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder, helping people create tools they need to cope with their difficulties. I also work with teenagers as they progress through some of life’s most challenging years—from self-esteem issues and relationships to identify formation and LBGT affirmation. I provide LBGT affirmative therapy to any individual who feels excluded or disconnected from who they truly are. In the comfort of my practice, all clientele will experience a sense of safety and acceptance as they explore ways to feel whole.
When the anxiety stealthily crept in and then grew into overwhelming fear, or when the depression dripped your muscles in molasses and darkened your vision of the future, or the mood shifts made your daily schedule chaos at best, your goals were shifted from enjoying a career and family to figuring out how to survive.
