Personal Statement

Do anxiety, panic attacks or stress drain you of energy and keep you from being at your best? Are you struggling to deal with side effects of depression like overwhelming sadness, brain fog, hopelessness, or numbing? Does the lack of productive life skills keep you from reaching your potential? Are you lacking balance in your life? Are your relationships unfulfilling or troubled? Have you fallen into the trap of abusing substances to cope?

Life is often challenging. All lives are a combination of joy and sorrow and not all circumstances are within our control. Yet, when we are able to take positive action that improves our mood, our relationships or our circumstances we build forward momentum in our life.

I would welcome working with you to achieve your goals and reduce negative symptoms. I believe strongly in the resilience of the human spirit as well as a person's ability to make real change in their life. I am a compassionate and understanding licensed therapist.

Our work together will benefit from my years of experience in helping people find balance and happiness in their life. Reaching out for help can be difficult but it is often the first step in producing change.
