Cindy is an interactive, solution-focused therapist. Her therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. She integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, she works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing. Cindy has worked with a range clients stretching from the chronic mentally ill to those dealing with the most common day to day life challenges.

Psychotherapist with 15 plus years experience in the field. Specialties include depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, addiction, family and couples therapy. In addition, clients I treat are seeking life satisfaction in areas of relational, vocational and family stressors. I tailor my approach to the specific need of the client drawing from years of training in specialties mentioned above.

My approach is very hands on and empathetic, with a combination of CBT and psychodynamic therapy. In addition have been trained in Structural Family Therapy and EMDR. My focus is on changing negative thought patterns which lead to negative feelings and behaviors. Techniques to assist a client down a path of empowerment and change are mood/thought logs, meditations, visualization or imagery, and goal-oriented assignments.
