My mission is helping others discover what they are passionate about, searching for solutions to life’s problems, and helping others explore ways to become their best self. I am trained in trauma therapy, as well as other forms of therapy. I have experience working with all ages and stages of life. Let me help walk you through your journey to being your best you!

Life really has a way of knocking us down sometimes. Oftentimes, we need someone to talk to or to help guide us towards the solutions we are seeking. Taking that first step, seeking counsel, is often the hardest and I commend you for your bravery!
