Personal Statement

If you are walking a difficult path, feeling stuck at a crossroads, or experiencing worry, anxiety, or stress – you don’t have to navigate this alone. I aim to work collaboratively with clients to create a safe, accepting, empowering space as we build on your strengths and work through concerns ranging from adjustment issues to trauma. The healing journey is not always easy, but with the commitment, it is certainly worthwhile.

I use play, sand, bibliotherapy, and art techniques for children. I am pursuing a registered play therapist certification. I use talk therapy via person-centered and solution-focused therapy for teens and adults. Additionally, I obtained EMDR training, and I'm Autplay certified. I also enjoy working with military personnel/veterans and their families.

I am dedicated to fostering a safe, non-judgmental environment and working with each individual to develop a customized plan to improve quality of life, emotional wellness, and relationships with an integrative approach rooted in honest acceptance. You do not have to face challenges alone!
