Personal Statement

Life hurts and people wound. One of my favorite quotes is "people are broken in relationship, and people are healed in relationship". Therapy is a beautiful salve that can provide hope, health, and healing by way of a safe, nonjudgmental, objective relationship, that is also professional and confidential. I am passionate about providing a safe place for my clients to feel heard and understood. It is my honor to sit with you and walk with you through your pain. The problems you are experiencing are not "crazy", and I believe you will find healing in this journey.

I have extensive experience and training to work with depression, anxiety, sexual abuse, marital issues, ADHD, Dyslexia, and other learning disabilities. I also have the training and skillset to see clients of all ages, who experience a wide range of other issues, needs, and mental health problems.

My ultimate goal is to help my clients to live a whole and full life. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I can accept and file insurance of all types.
