Personal Statement

Therapy is a journey toward healing from the difficulties of life. Life IS hard and many people are just trying to navigate their best way through it, sometimes we could use some help. I am here to support and partner with you through those life challenges. I enjoy working with clients that recognize they want a change and are willing to work towards that change. I partner with you to help find HOPE and Strength when you feel hopeless. If you struggle with anxiety, depression, life transition, relationship issues, grief and many other challenges, I am here for you! If you want to overcome challenges that life has created, I am here to help.

Together we will work towards redefining how you manage the stress and painful experiences that add to anxiety and depression. We will work toward developing skills to manage and overcome difficulty when it seems as if it has control over you.

I understand that reaching out to someone for help is scary and uncertain. But you are not alone. We all experience hard ship and some have a more difficult time in managing it. That is where I can help. If you are ready to allow me to walk with you through the hard times, I am here for you.
