Everyone has goals that they just haven't been able to reach. Maybe you're having trouble with motivation, or feeling stuck and don't know where to start. Maybe you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or depression. I help people remove or overcome the obstacles keeping them from being their best selves. Therapy with me is a collaborative partnership where we work together to get you where you want to be.
I help clients using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing - two highly effective, evidence-based practices. Together we identify goals, increase motivation, and make effective plans. The plan often involves learning new ways to manage emotions and communicate with others.
