Personal Statement

Life is full of challenges and we all face times in our lives where we may struggle to maintain our sense of well-being. During these times it is often helpful to speak with a professional; where you feel safe and comfortable to work through these challenges. As a therapist I like to meet the client where they are in their present struggles and walk alongside them towards healing. No matter what the issue may be I am here to help you. I utilize an array of different approaches to therapy and choose the best fit for each client.

I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I specialize in anxiety, grief/loss, behavioral issues, and parenting. However, I also work with clients in a variety of different areas; such as depression, adjustment disorders, divorce, body image, spirituality, marital, life coaching, career counseling, attachment, ADD/ADHD, underachievement, addiction, premarital preparation, social appropriateness, blended families, life transitions, gender identity/sexuality, oppositional defiance disorder (ODD), and family/relationship conflict.
