Personal Statement

I have a background working with children, adolescents, families, and adults. Helping individuals and families reclaim their life from mental illness and reach some relief and live a higher quality of life that the individual envisions. Training: DBT, CBT, Client Centered, Play Therapy, Theraplay, Sand Tray, mindfulness. Working with diverse populations who have dealt with an array of challenges in life. I have worked with a diverse population including LGBT issues, depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, adjustment issues, behavioral concerns such as ADHD, and major life changes. It is important for me to make sure that there is a good fit.
