Personal Statement

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Psychotherapist. I hold a M.S. In Clinical Psychology with over 15 years of experience helping individuals, couples, families, and groups from all ages and walks of life. I am also a Certified Proffessional Life Coach. I provide counseling and educational services on a short-term bases to help clients get unstuck and bridge the gap to where they are now and where they want to be. Through coaching sessions, I help clients to strategize by creating a vision, a plan of action, and challenging personal life goals with success.

As a person who has gone through counseling myself, I approach each client with compassion and understanding. My job is not to judge, it is to provide a secure and loving environment and professional guidance toward a life of awareness, healing, and fulfillment. As a psychotherapist or life coach, my services include assessments, interventions, psycho-education, life and spiritual formation/direction/guidance, phone consultations. I am bilingual in both English and Spanish and offer sevices in both languages.

My office is centrally located in Old Town Orange - with easy access to the 55, 5, 22, 405 Freeways.
