Personal Statement
As a solution-focused counselor, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
I offer counseling for couples and individuals. My specialties are couples counseling, grief, depression, and anxiety. Today you are one step closer to a new you where you feel empowered and on a positive path to growth and well-being. If you're looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you're just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.
In relationship counseling, I find that communication is the area where most couples need help. If you don't know how to get your needs expressed without attacking your partner, your needs will likely never be met. I can give you the tools needed to handle conflict and communicate effectively so that you are able to find solutions to the problems you may face. Great communication skills are essential to a long-lasting, committed relationship.
My areas of specialty are depression, grief, anxiety and relationships. I also provide supportive counseling for individuals who have gone through or are going through a divorce. For an individual or couple's counseling consultation today. Asking for help is a strength, not a weakness.
