I am a certified hypnotherapist uniquely able to help clients reach various goals. When in hypnosis, a person is in complete control and hypnosis is a natural state of mind much like meditation. I also offer Reiki as a way to promote stress reduction and relaxation while providing energy healing to enhance progress toward your identified intentions.
