Personal Statement
Therapy is often a process of self-discovery. When we can talk about our issues and our thinking with an unbiased clinician, we can improve our lives. You have the right to feel better and to live a full, happy life. As a solution-focused therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a more peaceful life. Together, we can work to better understand and resolve challenges in your life now. I use cognitive therapy, family systems, reality therapy and other therapeutic approaches to help unearth long-standing behavior patterns and negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
I help people looking for support and guidance through life's challenges or you're just ready to move in a new direction in their life. I have spent hundreds of hours in workshops, conferences and studies, beyond my graduate education to stay current in my field. Some of my trainings have been in relationship counseling, dual diagnosis, crisis counseling and grief and loss to name a few.

Throughout my years of work, I have found that I am always learning, not just academically, but from the people who come to my office. I find peace in the gift of working with clients in therapy and I hope to always give back for the opportunity to work in this field.
