Personal Statement
With more than ten years of counseling experience, Cami enjoys helping others who live with anxiety, depression, anger, challenging relationships find practical strategies to enhance their lives. She is passionate about encouraging others as they break through challenges in their lives while spotlighting hope along the way. One of my greatest joys as a counselor is watching someone recognize hope and realize their own progress.
In addition to using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cami is also certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help children and adolescents who are navigating life after trauma.
