I truly believe that counseling should be a good fit for you. Deciding the length and areas of focus is a collaborative process that should leave you feeling comfortable and hopeful, and together we will determine how counseling can help you feel more fulfilled in your life and relationships.
As a counselor, I specialize in mood and emotional disturbances, healing from a traumatic event or situation, and working with the LGBTQAI community. I also have specialized experience working with children and adolescents, and am comfortable working with a wide variety of other populations and problems.
