Personal Statement

I provide therapy for adult individuals, couples, and families. My areas of specialty include treating clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. I also work to guide people to better obtaining coping skills and resolving conflicts. I provide counseling for grief, peer relationships, women’s issues, infidelity, family conflict, and self esteem.

I come alongside adults going through relational/marital issues, as well as those dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma or life transitions by providing a non-judgmental, faith-based approach to counseling.

I have a Master's in Counseling and a post-grad certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am an LCPC, as well as an LCPC Approved Supervisor. I am a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance and completed a Trauma Informed Yoga Certificate Program. I offer individual, couple and group counseling.
