I believe that growth and acceptance can come even from the most painful of places. Whether I work with you in a time of fear, confusion, or pain, I honor your autonomy and inner ability to heal. My inherent purpose as a counselor is to help others find resilience in their life journey. It is important to me that you feel safe and free from judgment. I utilize an attachment-based approach with my clients. The therapeutic relationship itself is the most important aspect of treatment outcomes.

I am here to provide support, safety and acceptance for individuals.

I have past experience with applied behavior analysis as a registered behavior technician for individuals on the Autism Spectrum. I believe strongly in the behavioral aspect of therapy as well as a cognitive perspective.
