If you’re feeling powerless, stuck, or simply want to move towards your best self, I’m here to give you the tools to navigate with grace through life’s ups and downs. Whether you are seeking healing in a relationship, empowerment over stress and anxiety, or freedom from self defeating habits, I’m here to meet you wherever you are at and walk with you to where you want to be. Defeat is not the end of your story; the next chapter is just starting. There is hope for a more abundant life.

What happens next in your story is not dependent on your circumstances, but primarily how you choose to think and respond to your challenges. My hope for you is that by the time we are finished working together, you feel a new sense of power to influence the direction you are going in. I encourage everyone I see to visualize the abundant life you have been dreaming of. We’ll then address what is holding you back from getting there. My approach in counseling will focus on renewal of your mindset and a strengthening of your relationships. I will also help you discover and show you how to use your spiritual strengths in the process.
