Personal Statement

The thing I've witnessed people struggle with the most is not knowing how to navigate their emotions. This is not something we are taught in school like math and reading but yet it is just as valuable to learn. Our emotions are an integral part of our experience; we can't stop them from happening so why not learn what to do when they show up. In this small group workshop you will learn why we have emotions, what's their purpose and how to navigate them.

An online meditation and self love group for women. Discover your true power by returning to a state of peace through guided mediation and support one another on your journey of loving yourself. Making the most loving choices for yourself isn't always easy that's why we come together with like-hearted women in this supportive community. Each group has a specific focus to assist you in expanding your self awareness and developing new ways of being. Through the process you will rediscover who you've always known yourself to be.
