Personal Statement

Bethany Latimer MA, LMHC started Sol Heals to help more people with mental health issues access natural soul healing. I have over 15 years counseling experience. I worked with all ages, from infant to older adults, couples, families, groups and individual sessions. I see my strengths as working with adults who have trauma, anxiety, or depression they can't seem to get around. Go from experiencing issues to less pain, more control over your emotions, more self-insight and life options.

For instance, I helped a young woman with chronic depression and daily suicidal thoughts feel better her first year in counseling with me, after trying many counselors beforehand. Her suicidal thinking ended and she lives a full life today. With me, you get caring, genuine connected conversations with honest feedback, and new therapy skills you can easily do on your own. Due to tension headaches, she took up meditation and energy healing for her own self-care. It was so beneficial, she added it in client sessions. To her amazement, client’s healing sped up dramatically.
